Hey, we’re Dan & Ben.

We’ve spent the last decade working with eCommerce businesses, and one thing has stayed consistent: the right hire can change the trajectory of a brand. The wrong one tends to slow everything down.

The eCom House exists to help Shopify-powered businesses build strong eCommerce teams, starting with key roles like eCommerce Managers and Heads of eCommerce, and growing from there. These are roles where ownership, commercial thinking and day-to-day decision-making really matter.
